Introduction and Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern your use of the 66bat platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and support features available through the website and any associated applications. To register and maintain an account on 66bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 66bat may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains open. 66bat conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and may request a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one 66bat account. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in them will be reviewed for forfeiture. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
• You must not register or use a 66bat account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent, and must not allow third parties to access or operate your account at any time.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement on any online gambling platform at the time of registration. If you become subject to such restrictions after registering, you are obligated to notify 66bat immediately and request account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 66bat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66bat supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals. The following terms apply to all transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your 66bat account balance in real time for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your balance.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered to your verified 66bat account. Third-party withdrawals — where the receiving account belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will not be processed. 66bat reserves the right to require full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• 66bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made through supported Bangladesh payment methods. Third-party payment providers (such as banks) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility. 66bat will inform players of any applicable platform-side fees before a transaction is confirmed.
• In cases where a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction is identified in connection with a deposit, 66bat reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, freeze the associated balance, and investigate. Any winnings generated through a disputed or reversed deposit may be voided pending investigation.
• Funds deposited into a 66bat account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming activity only. 66bat accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest. Players should only deposit funds they are prepared to use for gaming purposes. If your account is closed, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

66bat offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible account holders. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated. Claiming a bonus through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds first, unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per verified account. Existing players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for welcome bonus offers applicable to new registrations.
• 66bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including for technical reasons, system errors, or evidence of bonus abuse. Decisions on bonus eligibility, wagering completion, and forfeiture are made at the sole discretion of 66bat.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be valid for the specified game(s) stated in the promotion terms and will expire within the timeframe stated. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms before withdrawal.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on 66bat are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules and casino game-specific rules are published separately and take precedence in cases of conflict with these general rules.

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the 66bat system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 66bat reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, suspended, or materially changed before completion. Settlement will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 66bat reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at any time, including for risk management purposes, without being required to provide a reason.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66bat platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may have their balances forfeited. 66bat cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 66bat platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the 66bat platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits and withdrawals in a pattern designed to obscure the origin of funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or sports betting markets — including sharing cards, signalling, or pre-arranging outcomes — is prohibited and will result in the voiding of all related bets and winnings.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, display glitches, or pricing anomalies on the 66bat platform for financial gain is prohibited. 66bat reserves the right to void all bets and reverse all transactions made in connection with a confirmed technical error.
• Registering with false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any individual or entity when interacting with 66bat support, KYC, or payment processes is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Bangladeshi law.

Responsible Gaming

66bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, and these tools are available to all account holders at no cost at any time via their account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time-out features that temporarily restrict access; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion for players who wish to close their account and block future access. Account Suspension and Termination

In such cases, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.
• A player may voluntarily close their 66bat account at any time by contacting customer support. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and 66bat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of any game, service, or feature.

Changes to These Terms

66bat reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 66bat will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on the affected account. Your continued use of the 66bat platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
